Seeing the Wood and the Trees

As the UK’s only hut tub manufacturer to use locally grown wood, we’re very aware of sustainability. For more than two decades we’ve been involved at the ground level in woodland management. Responsible harvesting and long-term planning are essential if we are to leave a thriving legacy for future generations.

We strongly believe that growing and using local products wherever possible makes environmental and economic sense. The fortunate by-product for you is that it also means high quality products at very fair prices.

For every tree we fell, we plant ten more. We also shave off a bit of the profits from every sale and give it to the Silvanus Trust.

The Silvanus Trust works to ensure that the future supply of the timber we use is grown locally for the benefit of all. This helps artisan businesses like ours, boosts the local economy and greatly reduces the environmental impact of our industry.
